Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

How to be eligible

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

To start a return

Email eyewhiskerss@gmail.com to request a return.

  • We are a small, artist-run shop, so returns are not free. You may purchase your own shipping label, or we can invoice you and email a return label and instructions.
  • We will provide the return address and packing instructions after your request is approved.

Damages and issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at eyewhiskerss@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants) and custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • If you’re unsure about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (per the process above) and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received the refund, email eyewhiskerss@gmail.com.
