Processing Times
All in-stock orders are packed and shipped within 7–10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders are shipped in batches to maintain quality and consistency.
Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Preorder Items)
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is available.
If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place them in a separate order.
Tracking Information
All orders ship with tracking, except sticker-only orders.
Sticker-only orders are shipped in stamped envelopes to keep shipping costs low. Tracking can be added to these orders upon request for an additional fee.
International Orders
International orders are accepted.
Buyers are responsible for all import fees, including taxes, VAT, customs duties, and handling charges.
These fees are not included in item or shipping costs. Please review your country’s regulations before ordering.
Refunds
Preorders
Preorder items can be refunded within 5 days of purchase.
After the 5-day window, preorder refunds cannot be issued as production begins based on demand.
In-Stock Items
In-stock items may be refunded any time before they ship.
Once an item is marked shipped, refunds are no longer available.
Returns & Order Issues
Returns are not accepted at this time.
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please email me within 7 days of delivery and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
